Dear Mr. Schmitt,
Thank you for sending us the customer service survey for completion. It prompted
me to stop procrastinating and write this letter of commendation for our agent,
Heidi Herzog.
Heidi was referred to us by a friend whose home Heidi had listed earlier this
year. We spoke on the phone; gave her our needs and made an appointment to meet.
Our first meeting found Heidi to be a well-prepared professional with a friendly
caring attitude. Quite honestly, we never expected to make an offer that first
day. After showing us a few homes and realizing our preferences and priorities;
Heidi convinced us that making an offer was indeed what we needed to do. Homes
in our price range with the amenities we were looking for were few and far in
between. The negotiations started and Heidi was both timely and accessible
throughout.
The ending was not as pretty as the beginning due to complications with the
seller. However, Heidi was persistent in her dealings with the listing agent and
in the end we somehow got everyone to closing.
When Heidi showed up after the closing with refreshments on move in day, we were
amazed. Her above and beyond the call of duty attitude is what makes her such a
success. Our sincere appreciation goes out to Heidi Herzog along with our
compliments to you for the guidance and training she insists came from Coldwell
Banker Schmitt Real Estate.

My wife and I recently bought a home in Marathon, Florida. We worked with Heidi Herzog in finding our home. We found her to be very helpful many regards. Heidi was always available to us. We found the need to call her frequently and I can’t think of one time that I didn't get to speak to directly. She was in contact with us daily during the search for our house and quite frequently all the way up to and even after the closing, making sure everything went well.
Heidi knows the keys, especially the upper Keys, she has been a long time resident and is a wealth of information. She is very personable and easy to work with. I am writing this letter in regards to a realtor with your company, Heidi Herzog. I had the pleasure of meeting Heidi last year when she was selling the house next to mine.
