Edenaire Park Rules
1. The park, boat basin and boat ramp are for paid members of this association and their families and guests.
2. Paid members must accompany guests when using the park, basin and ramp.
3. Dockage is permitted for 3days and 2nights at a time. Your boat must removed from the basin for 24 hours at the end of the 3rd day of dockage before it may be docked again.
4. There is a $25.00 fee for lost or stolen keys and also for keys found left in the lock.
5. The boat ramp is to be locked at all times when not in use.
6. Members loaning their ramp key to neighbors and friends can and will lose their key. We now have members helping to police the use of the ramp and they have the right to ask and look at the numbers printed on the key.
7. The association is not liable for boats, trailers, cars or any private property left at the docks.
8. Be considerate and clean up after your pet.
9. Please park your boat in a manner that will afford the best utilization of the docks.
10. No fish cleaning on the docks or in the park. Please do not throw old bait or fish remains in the water-we do not have garbage service-please take all of your garbage with you.
